Family Housing
Eligibility: Preference is given based on family size and adults who are working or attending additional schooling. Income limits apply, preference is given to families with dependent-aged children.
Monthly rent is calculated based upon 30% of gross adjusted income. Residents receive discounted rent based on average utilities of like-sized homes. Utility credit is calculated annually.
The De Pere Housing Authority has fifteen (15) family homes located in both East and West De Pere. Home sizes range from 3-bedrooms up to 5-bedrooms. Tenants will be placed into appropriate units based on family size and unit availability.
Each home is a single-family, one-story unit that has a full basement, yard, and garage. Tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn and clearing snow from the driveways and sidewalks in the winter.
